Ornithomimus sp. Hand Claw
70 Million Years BP
Hell Creek Formation
Wibaux County, Montana
This is a large hand claw from the ostrich-like Ornithomimus. Members of the family ornithomimidae had toothless beaks. New theories propose that they may have been shellfish eaters, or fed on insects like grubs and termites.
This is a replica of the original fossil, cast in quality polyresin and hand painted.
Size: 3 inches
