Megalosaurus bucklandii Jaw

Megalosaurus was the first dinosaur to be described in scientific literature. In 1824 William Buckland figured this jaw section in a journal, and in1827 Gideon Mantell named the species after Buckland. An early reconstruction was featured in the 1842 Crystal Palace exhibtion.
This is a replica of the original fossil, cast in quality polyresin and hand painted.
